Celebrate the Fall Harvest at the 2nd Annual Grass Lake Fall Harvest Festival

September 20, 2008

The quiet community of Grass Lake will celebrate the fall harvest on Saturday, September 20, 2008 in both the village and township. The Grass Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce has planned events throughout the town to make it a fun-filled day for the entire family.

This year’s festivities include:

The Village of Grass Lake
More than 60 art/craft booths on the newly resurfaced main street
Artist and Crafters may download an artist application from the chamber’s website
www.grasslakechamber.org.

Whistlestop Depot & Park
Silent Auction
horse and wagon rides
festive foods and live entertainment

The Michigan’s Center for the Photographic Arts Fall Focus Festival
8th annual Fall Focus Festival on the 100-acre Eyry of the Eagle Farm, located at 1916 Norvell.
Activities include exhibits of nearly 500 Michigan school student’s photography pieces
trips to the pumpkin patch, fresh cider and donuts
Photographic seminars.

Mini Carnival.
Small carnival setting with games, music, and rides while touring booths and displays from local businesses on the lawn of Farmers State Bank located at 12005 E. Michigan Ave.
