It is like a mini-Whole Foods. I think it is about 15% of the size of a Whole Foods…but the produce and the meat counter are awesome. We will be there next weekend…time to stock up on some steaks. They regularly run a special on grass fed sirloin that is pretty good.

Its part of the D&W chain which is owned by Spartan Stores. Its still a nice grocery store with more gourmet products than you a likely to find in Lansing area Krogers/ L&Ls.

Coincidentally, there is a large D&W Fresh Market just down the street from THE Fresh Market in GR.
